DR. NICOLE HERNANDEZ
Dr. Nicole Hernandez is a native of Tampa, FL, born to parents of Cuban descent and happens to be the third-generation female dentist in her family. She received her early education locally at the Academy of the Holy Names, and received her degree in Biology at Florida State University.
Dr. Hernandez practices as a dual-degree Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Coastal Jaw Surgery, a multidisciplinary practice. She employs a full scope of surgical treatment with an emphasis on dental extractions, dental implants, hard and soft tissue bone grafting, benign pathology, and TMJ disease.
Since 2013, she has been an active board member of the Healing the Children organization, participating in fundraising efforts and surgical missions to Neiva, Colombia, benefitting children with cleft lip and palate.
When not busy working, Dr. Hernandez enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and philanthropic activities. For the past seven years, she has been an active member of the Healing the Children organization, Florida Chapter, participating in surgical missions to Neiva, Colombia, benefitting children with cleft lip and palate. She is also an elected board member of the Tampa Bay Latin American Medical Society.
